By purchasing a ticket to any Vibe Weeknd event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 1.⁠ ⁠All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, weather conditions, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.

Failure to attend any event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

 2.⁠ ⁠Travel & Accommodation Responsibility

Vibe Weeknd stakeholders, promoters, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and event organizers are not responsible for any attendee’s:

• Airfare or other international travel arrangements

• Travel documentation (passport, visa, entry requirements)

• Accommodation bookings

• Travel insurance

• Airport transfers

• Transportation to and from event venues

Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements to Barbados and have secured their own travel and lodging.

 3.⁠ ⁠Transportation to and From Events

Vibe Weeknd stakeholders assume no responsibility or liability for transportation arrangements on the island of Barbados.

Attendees are responsible for arranging safe and reliable transportation to and from all event venues. We strongly encourage the use of licensed transportation providers and responsible travel planning.

 4.⁠ ⁠Event Changes & Force Majeure

Event dates, times, venues, performers, and programming are subject to change without prior notice.

Vibe Weeknd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify events due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Government restrictions

• Natural disasters

• Public health concerns

• Acts of God

• Safety or security concerns

In such cases, refunds will not be guaranteed and may be issued at the sole discretion of the organizers.

 5.⁠ ⁠Admission & Entry

Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.

Entry is subject to venue capacity limits and security screening.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for:

• Disorderly conduct

• Intoxication

• Illegal substance possession

• Failure to comply with venue rules

• Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate

 6.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Vibe Weeknd events is voluntary.

Attendees assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Injury

• Illness

• Property loss or theft

• Exposure to loud music or crowd-related hazards

By attending, ticket holders release and hold harmless Vibe Weeknd stakeholders from any liability arising from participation.

 7.⁠ ⁠Media & Photography Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Vibe Weeknd and its partners may use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

 8.⁠ ⁠Alcohol & Responsibility

Attendees must be of legal drinking age in Barbados to consume alcohol.

Vibe Weeknd encourages responsible drinking.

The organizers are not liable for consequences arising from alcohol consumption.

 9.⁠ ⁠Ticket Fraud

Only tickets purchased through authorized sellers will be honored.

Counterfeit, duplicated, or tampered tickets will be void without refund.

10.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Weeknd stakeholders shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Travel-related losses

• Personal injury or property damage

11.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados.
